About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, and managing medications
  • Cook or prepare hot meals and help with domestic tasks
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to clients
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as getting dressed and ready for the day
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift and transfer clients as required
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work
