We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Specialists in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
As a Personal Care Specialist with Be Caring, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support.
Job OverviewThis is a rewarding role that requires a caring and empathetic approach. You will be working closely with our team to deliver personalized care services that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
Responsibilities- Supporting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication management.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating with the care team to create and implement personalized care plans that meet the client's goals and outcomes.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
As a Personal Care Specialist with Be Caring, you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A starting hourly rate of £12.30 for drivers and £11.75 for walkers.
- Mileage reimbursement of 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists.
- Full-time and part-time hours available, with opportunities for overtime.
- Bonus schemes, including a new starter bonus, refer-a-friend bonus, and annual bonus.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No prior experience as a carer is required, but a caring and empathetic approach is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Basic life support and first aid training, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills further.
- A DBS check and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
