Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to provide person-centred support to 12 service users with learning disabilities and complex needs in Wythenshawe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to service users with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Work in a team to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with people with a learning disability.
  • Ability to work in a person-centred way with people with a learning disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the values and principles of Creative Support.
