We are excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to step into the role of Office Team Coordinator within a thriving organization. This position is ideal for individuals with a few years of experience in a fast-paced office environment who are eager to contribute to a growing company known for its positive workplace culture.
Location: Hybrid work model (typically 4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Compensation: Up to £28,000 plus a discretionary bonus
Benefits: 25 days of annual leave, pension scheme, private healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the Senior Leadership Team by managing their schedules and coordinating both internal and external meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements and handle expense report processing.
- Assist in the smooth operation of the office by communicating with maintenance and building management, vendors, and visitors.
- Oversee the maintenance of office and kitchen supplies.
- Manage incoming mail and coordinate with couriers for outgoing deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Exhibit a friendly and positive demeanor, collaborating with colleagues to reflect the company culture.
- Help organize company events and social gatherings, including seasonal parties.
- Participate in various ad hoc projects as needed.
- Travel to other office locations when necessary.
- Welcome visitors and assist with general office administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven administrative experience in a professional office setting.
- Strong diary management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly organized and proactive in approach.
- A friendly disposition with a positive attitude.
