We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing projects from start to finish, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and providing administrative support to our Sales Team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise post-sale operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Process project orders and manage project workflows using our enterprise resource planning system
  • Create project quotes and proposals to drive business growth
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations to facilitate project inquiries and resolve customer issues
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including phone answering and data entry
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service Manager to enhance service quality and drive customer satisfaction
  • Utilize project management tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Oversee company operations from purchase orders to aftersales services to ensure smooth business flow
  • Provide necessary support to our sales team to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage our small-works pipeline to drive business growth and revenue

Requirements

  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions to drive business growth
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
