We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and providing exceptional support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project workflows, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Process project orders and quotes using our enterprise resource planning system.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations, providing fast and accurate answers to project-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with our customer service manager to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage our small-works pipeline, ensuring efficient project management and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and develop effective solutions.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our business needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
