Project Coordinator

CGA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality.
Main Responsibilities:- Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify and escalate any issues or deviations from agreed tolerances.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and JIRA, to track progress and report on project status.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
- Previous experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Teams, and JIRA.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new project management tools and processes.
- Basic understanding of business acumen and ability to adapt to feedback and change.
