Project Coordinator Job Description

CGA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and escalate any issues or deviations from agreed tolerances.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and JIRA, to track progress and report on project status.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Teams, and JIRA.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new project management tools and processes.
  • Basic understanding of business acumen and ability to adapt to feedback and change.
