About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience by providing a full and thorough service to our clients' customers.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through your energetic and outgoing personality, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strive to meet sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential.
  • Work well in a team environment, relying on one another to perform to ensure we deliver the best customer experience.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, with good and robust financial services regulations and big transaction balances.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Full and valid UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and natural ability to build conversation.
  • High level of drive and passion to be successful.
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn.
  • Organised and a high level of resilience.
