As a Sales Executive at Harwoods Ltd, you will be responsible for meeting enquiry management targets by following the manufacturer sales process. This includes ensuring the showroom, displays, customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation, and other relevant information are kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively to the required manufacturer standard.
You will also be responsible for prospecting for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create sales opportunities. Through the effective use of follow-up processes, you will maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
Additionally, you will be expected to maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions to customers, adhering to FCA guidelines, and participating in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration.
