Job Title: Sales Executive

At Harwoods Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date with manufacturer information, and being able to answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, and participate in sales promotions and events.
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
