Salary: £23,000 basic salary, commission OTE £50,600

Working Hours: 5-day week, 45 hours, rotated weekends off

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be selling a variety of new and used cars from a premium brand.

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through your energetic and outgoing personality
  • Provide a full and thorough service to our clients' customers to ensure they are matched with the correct car that meets all of their needs
  • Strive to meet your sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential
  • Work well in a team environment, relying on one another to perform to ensure we deliver the best customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK
  • Relevant manufacturer experience
  • Smart appearance
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT
  • Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts
  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Supports others to continuously improve performance
  • Seeks feedback on own performance, takes responsibility for own development
  • Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimise commercial opportunities
  • Plans and manages processes, resources, workflows efficiently
  • Demonstrates openness to change and improvement
  • Proactively looks for more effective ways of doing things
  • Knowledgeable of, aligned to and ambassador for the brand and adheres to brand standards
