About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at AlcoDigital Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound enquiries into sales opportunities
  • Provide online training to clients and in-person training courses
  • Make outbound follow-up calls in response to email and website enquiries
  • Identify and follow up on opportunities from within our CRM system
  • Effectively record call information on our CRM system
  • Administer certifications and course allocation of clients' training needs
  • Achieve sales goals and targets
Requirements

We are looking for a professional and friendly individual with a strong sales background and excellent customer service skills. You will have a proven track record of identifying customers' needs through effective questioning, overcoming objections, and working towards sales targets.

A competitive base salary and OTE of £25k - £30k per annum are on offer for the right candidate.
