Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at AlcoDigital. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion of inbound enquiries into sales
  • Providing online training to clients
  • Providing in-person training courses to clients
  • Making outbound follow-up calls in response to email and website enquiries
  • Identifying and following up opportunities from within the CRM system
  • Effectively recording call information on the companies CRM system
  • Administering certifications and course allocation of clients training needs
  • Achieving sales goals and targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Sales /Account Management based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive package made up of £27k basic, £3.5k commission on existing business, and a target bonus (based on delivering new business of £75k per year) of £6.5k - total OTE £37k+ per year.
