AlcoDigital Limited is seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join their team in Sussex. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
* Collaborate with the technical workshop team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Achieve sales targets and goals through effective sales and account management strategies

Requirements:

* 1+ years of sales and account management experience in a similar industry
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong product knowledge and training, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments
