Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Harwoods Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize various sources to prospect for new and used car customers, creating sales opportunities and maintaining regular contact with existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
  • Finance and Administration: Offer finance solutions to customers, adhering to FCA guidelines, and accurately appraise all vehicles offered for part exchange.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Teamwork: Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration and take part fully in on- and off-site promotions run by the department.
