Location: Pulborough

Salary: £23,000 basic salary, commission OTE £50,600

Working Hours: 5-day week, 45 hours, rotated weekends off

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced business in the motor retailing industry. Our client's unique guest experience, combined with their values-led approach, makes them a growing force in retail automotive.

The successful candidate will be selling a variety of new and used cars from a premium brand. Our client will consider candidates with sales experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK
  • Relevant manufacturer experience
  • Smart appearance
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT
  • Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts
  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Supports others to continuously improve performance
  • Seeks feedback on own performance, takes responsibility for own development
  • Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimise commercial opportunities
  • Plans and manages processes, resources, workflows efficiently
