Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Shared Services Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering the full employee lifecycle, from supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including issuing contracts, conducting pre-employment checks, and setting up new starters on our HR system.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Perform various HR administrative tasks, such as processing contract variations, maternity and absence administration, and handling routine enquiries on terms and conditions of services.
  • Payroll and Contractual Data: Ensure all payroll and contractual data inputting is completed to the monthly payroll deadline, including setting up new starters, processing leavers, and processing contractual changes.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake ad hoc projects and policy work as required by the People Operations Manager or Associate Director.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR administrative processes, including onboarding new staff, conducting RTW checks, and using an HR/Payroll system.
  • Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field.
