Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Rough Sleeping Coordinator to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our Housing Services team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our rough sleeping and homelessness accommodation services.

Your primary responsibility will be to define our strategy, drive innovation, and ensure effective collaboration among our Members and stakeholders. You will also manage service delivery, coordinate inter-agency responses, and lead on specific strategic projects and programmes of change.

As an Outreach Rough Sleeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of support to address rough sleeping and related issues such as poverty, disadvantage, unemployment, and mental health. You will also build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to create a coordinated approach to our efforts.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Substantial experience leading and developing a significant service in a large, multidisciplinary organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong budgeting acumen
  • The ability to empower and inspire those around you, as well as collaborate with a wide range of people
  • Strong stakeholder management and resource management skills
