About the Role:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Rough Sleeping Coordinator to join our Shared Services Partnership team. As a key member of our Housing Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing our rough sleeping and homelessness accommodation services, driving innovation, and ensuring effective collaboration with our Members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize rough sleeping and other street-based lifestyles.
  • Manage service delivery and coordinate inter-agency responses to address rough sleeping.
  • Lead on specific strategic projects and programs of change to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to build a coordinated approach to addressing rough sleeping.

About You: We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience leading and developing significant services in large, multidisciplinary organizations. You should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, strong budgeting acumen, and the ability to empower and inspire those around you.
