Service Manager – NO Second Night Out

St Mungo's is seeking a highly motivated and passionate leader to join their innovative team as Service Manager for the No Second Night Out (NSNO) Staging Post project in Lewisham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead their team in providing assessment and reconnection support to clients at risk of rough sleeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service and support a team of professionals across the project.
  • Collaborate with outreach teams, local authorities, housing providers, and charities to identify and improve pathways out of rough sleeping.
  • Provide line management and motivational support to a high-performing team.
  • Liaise with partner agencies to build and maintain effective relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a creative and dynamic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of partners and external audiences. They will also have knowledge and understanding of the housing and support needs of people experiencing homelessness.
