Job Summary

Post Office is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Culture and Behaviours Lead to join our CISO Function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cyber security engagement and behavioural change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security engagement programme to support all colleagues in their development of cyber knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
• Design and deliver bespoke training campaigns that are both creative and innovative.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build relationships and drive cyber security change across the organisation.
• Develop internal cyber team capabilities through role-specific training to improve overall cyber resilience.
• Implement and use training & awareness tools to support cyber security engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cyber security awareness and behavioural change, with at least some of that in a large enterprise.
• Proven track record of creating cyber security engagement programmes.
• Experience with senior stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Supporting an Enterprise-wide Cyber Security Change programme.
