The London Clinic is seeking a skilled People Shared Services Coordinator to provide proactive and professional customer service to our customers. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding and compliance process for new starters, ensuring that all new employees are onboarded in accordance with safe recruitment processes and policies. You will also be the first point of contact for staff queries related to HR systems. Key duties include managing multiple mailboxes, providing an efficient HR service, responding to iTrent Self-Service and People Manager user queries, and working flexibly within the team to assist with phone enquiries and general filing. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative and customer service experience, knowledge of right to work requirements, and excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages.
