Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Lounge Host to become a member of our Aether Hospitality Team, dedicated to providing guests with an outstanding start to their journey.

  • Deliver a warm welcome and professional service to Aether guests, ensuring a world-class standard of customer care.
  • Maintain lounge facilities to a high standard, adhering to operational guidelines and conducting regular checks.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in accordance with licensing regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with airline regulations regarding baggage allowances.
  • Coordinate with airlines and handling agents to facilitate the smooth transfer of guests and their luggage.
  • Guide guests through the Aether experience, including security screening preparation.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the lounge, ensuring high hygiene standards.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure proper rotation of beverages served in the lounge.
  • Perform kitchen duties, including restocking, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
Qualifications for Success
  • Proven experience in hospitality or service sectors, with a strong record of delivering high-end service.
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including long shifts.
  • Proficient in standard PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of working independently and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to comply with alcohol service regulations.
  • Understanding of food hygiene responsibilities (training provided).

Additional Information:
Flexibility is essential, as shifts may start as early as 3:30 AM and end as late as 10:00 PM. Aether operates seven days a week.
