Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lounge Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service:
- Welcome and assist Aether guests, providing courteous and efficient service to uphold a world-class standard.
- Maintain lounge facilities to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation, conducting regular checks as per operational guidelines.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, adhering to product specifications and licensing regulations.
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations regarding baggage allowances.
- Coordinate with airlines and handling agents to facilitate the seamless transfer of guests and their luggage.
- Guide guests through the Aether experience, including security screening preparation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lounge environment, focusing on hygiene in all areas.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper rotation of food and beverage supplies.
- Perform kitchen duties, including restocking, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
- Proven experience in hospitality or service sectors, demonstrating a commitment to high-end service delivery.
- A collaborative team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including long shifts.
- Proficient in standard PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Capable of working independently and building effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with alcohol service regulations.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene practices (training will be provided).
Additional Information:
Flexibility is essential, as shifts may start as early as 3:30 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM. Aether operates seven days a week.
