Role Purpose

We are looking for a talented Premium Waiter to join our team and deliver a bespoke food service offering for our high-end areas of premium hospitality. As a Premium Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Manage tables and ensure that our guests have an outstanding experience
  • Work collaboratively with the F&B Supervisors to deliver a seamless service
  • Ensure that our guests are aware of our menu and services
  • Upsell and promote our premium hospitality services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tables
  • Knowledge of our menu and services
  • Ability to upsell and promote our premium hospitality services
What We Offer
