Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Premium Waiter to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive and personalized service to guests in our premium areas
  • Ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  • Working collaboratively with the F&B Supervisors to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment that reflects our commitment to diversity and inclusion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail environments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
