About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Premium Waiter to join our team at Co-op Live, a world-class venue in Manchester. As a Premium Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage hospitality services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the direction of F&B Supervisors to deliver a bespoke food service offering for our high-end areas of premium hospitality.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to exceed expectations and create an exceptional live music experience for our guests.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our business.
Requirements
- Experience working in F&B, hospitality, or retail is an advantage, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- A willingness to get stuck in and adapt to different situations.
