We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager for Supported Living Services to oversee our operations. This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary.

As a qualified and experienced Team Manager, you will face a rewarding challenge in leading our supported living service. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the lives of our service users and supporting our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing staff schedules
  • Providing guidance and supervision to support staff
  • Facilitating regular team meetings
  • Onboarding new employees and conducting performance evaluations
  • Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating community engagement activities
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure high-quality care delivery.

The Team Manager will assist the Registered Care Manager in fostering a sense of community and home, ensuring that service delivery aligns with our organizational values and standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Highly organized and proficient in IT, with strong delegation skills
  • Experienced in leading and managing team performance
  • Skilled in guiding and training staff in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • Familiar with care planning processes
  • Minimum of one year’s experience as a Team Manager in a relevant field
  • Possession of NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
  • Willingness to learn digital care planning tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards
  • Passionate about enhancing the lives of others
