What does the role entail?

As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee store operations in the absence of management.

Utilizing your leadership abilities, you will ensure that the team functions effectively, driving sales, enhancing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Promote products and special offers
  • Execute tasks delegated by the Store Manager
  • Assist the Store Manager with deliveries, financial transactions, and administrative responsibilities
  • Report any store or employee concerns to the Store Manager
  • Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations
  • Address customer inquiries effectively
