Job Title: Store Supervisor - Luxury Retail
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Flannels. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including supervising a team of sales assistants and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard
- Manage stock levels and maintain a high level of stock accuracy
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury fashion brand
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
