Job Title: Store Supervisor - Luxury Retail

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a leading luxury fashion retailer. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including supervising a team of sales assistants and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard and that all products are displayed effectively
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including receiving and processing stock deliveries
  • Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising and display standards
  • Support the Store Manager in the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury fashion environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
