Job Title: Store Supervisor - Luxury Retail

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Flannels. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Provide coaching and training to sales assistants to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Support the Store Manager in the recruitment and selection of new sales assistants
  • Contribute to the development of the store's business plan and budget

Requirements

  • Experience of leading a team in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of luxury brands and their products
  • Ability to drive sales through excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Understanding of visual presentation and its impact on sales
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
