About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Supervisor to join our team at Mamas & Papas IPSWICH concession store with NEXT. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the store Manager or Management teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth
