What will the role entail?

As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee store operations in the absence of management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Promote products and encourage upselling
  • Execute tasks delegated by the Store Manager
  • Assist the Store Manager with deliveries, financial transactions, and administrative responsibilities
  • Report any store or personnel concerns to the Store Manager
  • Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
  • Address customer inquiries effectively
