Job Title: Assistant Room Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant Room Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our rooms are stocked with everything they need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the room service team to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Ensure that rooms are stocked with everything our guests need, including food, drinks, and amenities
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Charisma and positive energy
