As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests within the comfort of their rooms. Your role will involve ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with precision, ensuring all orders are complete and meet hotel presentation standards.
  • Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel appreciated and well cared for.
  • Provide insightful recommendations and address any inquiries regarding the menu or service.
  • Set up and clear in-room dining tables, ensuring an attractive and efficient presentation.
  • Attend to guest requests and special needs with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Facilitate effective communication with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas, including storage and pantry spaces.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control for room service supplies.
  • Process guest payments accurately, ensuring proper billing for all room service transactions.
  • Exemplify the highest standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Support overall room service operations by performing additional duties as required.
