Job Overview

The Ritz London is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our luxurious bedrooms are serviced to the highest standards, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that rooms are serviced to an excellent standard, paying attention to even the smallest details.
  • Assist with the servicing of public areas, including the preparation of room attendants' trolleys.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient running of hotel operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a five-star property is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with an eye for fine details.
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.
