As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be essential in ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful and seamless dining experience within the comfort of their rooms. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly, while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently, ensuring all orders are complete and meet hotel presentation standards.
  • Greet guests warmly, making them feel appreciated and well cared for.
  • Provide menu recommendations and address any inquiries guests may have regarding our offerings.
  • Set up and clear in-room dining tables, ensuring an attractive and organized presentation.
  • Handle special requests and guest preferences with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to facilitate smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas, including storage and pantry spaces.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control for room service supplies.
  • Process guest payments accurately and ensure correct billing for all room service transactions.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Support overall room service operations by assisting with additional tasks as required.
