About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team at Adecco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales representatives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales representatives, including processing invoices, credit notes, and customer returns, handling purchase ledger invoice queries, and maintaining accurate data in relevant IT systems.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, process customer orders, and generate relevant paperwork for the production team.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock control and availability of products, plan, prioritize, and monitor the delivery of goods.
  • Order Management: Order goods and services in line with business requirements.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong advantage in SAP, CRM systems, and ARMA.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
