Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our client's team in North Sheffield. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide customer service and administrative support to both the sales team and directly to existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administration of new quotations and orders
- Deal with customer enquiries and provide timely responses
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate updates on expected delivery dates to customers
- Work closely with the external sales team to provide administration support
- Perform general office administration duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with customer-facing responsibilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience
Working Hours:
Full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30am - 17:00pm or 09:00am to 17:30pm, 37.5 hours per week.
