Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will collaborate with a skilled team committed to enhancing patient health during critical times.

This is an exciting time to join the Royal Devon as we continue to evolve and enhance our services.
Role Details
Candidates who have completed a recognized degree program and are eager to pursue HCPC registration are encouraged to apply.
While experience in Biochemistry, Haematology, and Blood Transfusion is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as the department will provide support throughout the training process and portfolio completion.
We are looking for a collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is familiar with laboratory operations and possesses a genuine eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge. This position is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, designed to facilitate HCPC registration, with regular assessments of training progress throughout the contract duration.
In accordance with current NHS pay terms for trainees, this role will be compensated under Annex 21, with a salary structure of 70% for the initial twelve months, followed by 75% of the top of Band 5 for the final six months.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Interview Process: Details to be confirmed.
Contact Information: For further inquiries, please reach out to the Blood Sciences Manager or the Transfusion Laboratory Manager.
This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months. Current NHS employees may consider this position as a secondment opportunity.
