About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our established Community OPMH Team based at Havant Health Centre.

Main Responsibilities

As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for care coordination of service users, duty work on rotation, initial and follow-up assessments, and supervision and mentorship of junior staff and students.

Key Duties

  • Act as care coordinator to an agreed caseload of service users with severe and enduring mental illness.
  • Undertake ongoing assessment, treatment, and evaluation for service users known to the service.
