About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our established OPMH Team based at Havant Health Centre.
Main Responsibilities
- To act as care coordinator to an agreed caseload of service users with severe and enduring mental illness, including organic and functional illnesses.
- To undertake ongoing assessment, treatment, and evaluation for service users known to the service.
- To provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students.
