We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our established Community OPMH Team at Havant Health Centre. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to service users with severe and enduring mental illness.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties of the role include:

  • Providing care coordination to an agreed caseload of service users, including ongoing assessment, treatment, and evaluation.
  • Acting as a Duty Worker on rotation, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff and students, promoting professional development and growth.
