About the Role:

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and diary management to the Meeting and Events Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Meeting and Events Sales Manager, including diary management and manual filing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date market segment databases.
  • Coordinate and execute direct mailings as instructed by the Meeting and Events Sales Manager.
  • Assist with the coordination of corporate hospitality events.
  • Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as required.
  • Compile sales packs and ensure an adequate supply of relevant stationery and brochures.
  • Meet specific sales targets set by management and head office.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Resilient and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends as required.
  • Strong administrative and technical skills.
