Events Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team at Public Health Wales. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various public health events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event resources, including IT equipment and materials, to support successful event delivery.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for event-related issues.
- Participate in post-event reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
