Job Title: Events & Meetings Coordinator

About the Role:

As an Events & Meetings Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events and meetings at our hotel. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote our hotel's services
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event success
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in event planning or a related field
  • Knowledge of venue management and marketing principles
