About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Meeting Coordinator at Village Hotels - Cardiff. As a key member of our Meetings and Events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Meetings and Events Operations Manager in coordinating and executing events and meetings
  • Ensure that all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure that all events are delivered to the highest standard
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and stakeholders
