We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Meeting Coordinator at Village Hotels - Cardiff. As a key member of our Meetings and Events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Meetings and Events Operations Manager in coordinating and executing events and meetings
- Ensure that all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and clients
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new event concepts and ideas
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
