About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Meeting Coordinator at Village Hotels - Cardiff. As a key member of our Meetings and Events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Meetings and Events Operations Manager in coordinating and executing events and meetings
  • Ensure that all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and clients
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new event concepts and ideas
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
