Key Responsibilities:

Working with the Hotel Team: You will work closely with the hotel's various departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer service.

Building Customer Loyalty: You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience and will return to our hotels in the future.

Additional Tasks: You will be responsible for completing additional tasks as assigned by your Reporting Manager.
